Terms & Conditions



For mainland UK, there are two options to choose from:

Standard (Signed For) Delivery – £4.00

Delivery will take between 3 and 5 working days to arrive after you’ve placed your order and will be delivered with Royal Mail and will be signed for. 

Personalised candles may take an extra 2 days on top of standard delivery times after you’ve placed your order. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail and will be signed for.

First Class (Signed For) Delivery £6.50

Express delivery is currently available in mainland UK only. 

If your hand made order is in stock your order will be sent out the next working day first class. However, if your order isn’t in stock, it will be handmade within two working days and posted to you very next day.

Channel Islands and Europe First Class £14.90

Delivery can take up to 3 to 5 working days to arrive (please allow longer for deliveries to outlying areas) after you’ve placed your order. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail or Parcel Force

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Because each and every candle is individually hand poured and made to our strictest standards we don’t heavily stock pre-made candles other than our most popular scents. Most orders will be received within 5 – 7 days even if we are lovingly making your candles after your order tickles our email box.

Hell yeah. We want you to love our candles as much as we do. However, the postage costs may change so if you’re interested in more than two, send us an email and we’ll get personalised delivery information straight to you.

We like to send out our products in the safest possible way to make sure you get your order in the pristine condition it left us in. That’s why we only use Royal Mail Signed For Delivery. This way we can track anything should we need to. You should get a tracking number emailed to you once your order’s been shipped.


If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and within the original packaging.

Faulty Product

Please get in touch via email at info@willowandtea.com if you believe your product to be faulty and we will endeavor to sort this out as quickly as possible.

However please note, we do not accept candles that have tunnelled as this is not a fault of the candle. To ensure your candle doesn’t tunnel please see our FAQ Section.

For all returns the customer agrees to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any faulty products to us, please email info@willowandtea.com  with the reason for your return and contact details and a member of our team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Once the item has been received and the product confirmed to be faulty, we will refund your postage along with your exchange or refund.

Cancellations are only accepted if the customer notifies Willow and Tea before the order has been dispatched. Pease email info@willowandtea.com and a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours.
